The bus driver started swerving the bus in and out of lanes and wouldn’t explain why. He made everyone very uncomfortable and made a sudden stop at a fork road to use the bathroom at one point.

This was my first bus ride from Canada to Saratoga Springs, NY and I wasn't sure what to expect. The driver was timely, and very kind. He let me know 35 mins before I reached my destination to make sure someone would be there to get me, and even offered to wait if they ran late. He said he didn't want me waiting at night by myself. Very very thoughtful! My only complaint is that the bus was freezing cold! It's very cold outside and the bus had no heat running in it. So even with my winter jacket I was still freezing! My hands and my feet were frozen.
