I enjoyed the fact that I was able to get a transfer bus after the one I was to ride on encountered challenges.
The legroom was smaller in comparison to the previous bus.

Staff doesn't offer a good customer service. The ladies at Washington office didn't help me about my lost baggage. They transfered my bag to another bus for no reason and I had to wait half an hour for it.

Very unpleasant experience. WIFI not working until Albany. After that we switched bus. Wifi speed was very low. AC was not functioning properly. It was either too cold or heavy. The driver instruction was unclear (NY to Baltimore). I missed my bus in Baltimore and had to take another bus.
