We arrived 15 minutes early to get our bus, and when we arrived at the station, other customers told us, that the first bus that was supposed to go to new heaven didnt arrive. After waiting another 2(!!!) hours we decided to take another bus company.
nice jamaican man driver, one customer was rude to him and he was still nice
Overall great trip but the bus was delayed due to a minor problem but that’s understandable
One hour and a half of delay, all the staff treating us badly, the driver microphone didn't work, of course I already bought my return ticket by train
The bus arrived 20 min late at New Haven and at 5.45 pm the bus taking us back to New York had still not arrived at New Haven. The Greyhound New Haven office informed that the bus in best case should arrive at New Haven within the next 30 min but that it could be further delayed because of heavy traffic. We decided to take a train back to New York adding an expense of USD 53.25 on top of the USD 117 we paid for the Greyhound tickets
