Last time I had a bad experience but everything went well this time. The bus driver was the BEST! He was helpful and kind!!! We got to the destination 15 min late but no big deal. The bus was also really up to date and nice with comfortable seats.
Bus was clean but ‘old’. Staff was fine. In New Haven driver did not clarify whether any time for coffee break. Towards NH got a bit impatient with the delay. Otherwise. Drove nicely.
Overall, I did not have a good experience with this trip. My bus was very late, and I had a bad waiting experienced. I was being harassed by a man in line constantly for 45 minutes while employees did nothing to help me out.
The trip on the bus was perfectly fine, however, the bus was delayed a half hour and we were not informed of the delay. The bus sat in the port but no one came out to load the bus until 1:00 when the bus was scheduled to leave at 12:30. There was also no information letting us know the bus was going to leave late.
Driver was very good. However I purchased an earlier ticket from Boston to New Haven for 2:45pm departure & that bus never arrived. Had to purchase another ticket for the 5:30 departure. Bus I ended up on was good, but A/C was frigid and I was cold. Driver was very good though.
The driver did not where he was going. He was swirling. We was late to every stop. We had to give step by step directions. He barley could see the road signs. He should not be driving at night. It was the worst ride of my life. Never again. He definitely needs to stick with a route he knows.
The seat was comfortable and there was better legroom also. My only complaint is that the bus was an hour late and there was no prior information about it. I could have planned accordingly.
Bus driver drove like a maniac, was swerving between lanes cause he was driving too fast. Bus broke down 3 times. I had to eventually call an uber to take me the rest of the way.
