I waited 2 hours and the bus never showed up , I called the company and they kept lieing sayin the bus was 30 mins away then 15 and lastly 10 , I informed them I was very upset they placed me on hold multiple times I called 20 times and was always lied for the ETA

They had the stop listed at a different address than it actually is. I was not picked up because I was waiting at the address they sent me. When I called they acted like I was at fault and should have been at the 7-11. Then they said jack in the box. They did not have an exact location where I should have been but it was not at the address they gave me
