By far the worst customer server i have ever seen.. . The staff working the graveyard shift are very rude & unprofessional, two older african-american women. As i arrived to check in to receive my ticket that i purchased online. She begins to check on her system, taking a long time.. . Then she replies that my ticket is expired when i have the email confirmation on my email for the exact date. She replies with " i dont understand" the only option is you have to buy another ticket. As my bus is getting ready to leave she says "you dont have much time" as im explaining to her i have prof of my purchase ticket. After some time of talking i decide to just purchase a ticket from her for $40. As i begin to board the bus two young women approach me and say i heard your conversation with the staff about your ticket. As we talk, they say the exact thing happened to them with the other staff member selling tickets. I know these two staff members are doing some sort of fraud & pocketing money from customers. what i dont understand is how are they still working here & have not been caught. Im very disappointed with my experience & will never be using this site to purchase anything or greyhound at that matter.
