They send me to the wrong bus, so I missed the right one and had to take an hotel, waiting for the next connection, so no journey.
Excellent service
I'm a US citizen and have little ability with Portuguese. It was virtually impossible for me to communicate with the drivers. When I went to the office regarding my ticket, which I was unable to print, the woman at the counter did help me to get my ticket but her attitude was not pleasant at all.
