Arrived at 7.45 for 8.30 bus to Segovia - other buses left - empty bus in Gate 8 where Segovia bus was indicated on board - no driver came so no bus - asked at ticket office who insisted there was a bus and we had missed it - there was NO bus - cost €25 in train fares and 3 hour delay to get to Segovia so more like zero stars
