Did not leave Oakland on time.Left 2 hrs late.Got to Sacramento and left there 1 1/2 hr late.So it took us 10 hrs and was suppose to be 4 hr trip.NOT GOOD.
Never again.. worse travel experience of my life!
Wifi didn't work. Outlets were only at some seats. Bathroom smelled bad and needed to be cleaned. Not a pleasant experience.
