Very good service
I am satisfied with the bus service but the staff at ticket counter was very rude.
I'm satisfied with service I received on my trip to Atlanta
The bus driver has road rage
Greyhound wasn’t my issue bus bud took my money and didn’t even make the reservation
Driver was noticeably agitated. Seats were uncomfortable. Bus was 20-30 minutes late to destination.
The driver was very good. The staff at the Savannah felt a bit rude, initially. But I understood that the situation might be demanding them to be so I guess.
Great service, excellent driving thanks to your excellent driver.Left on time, arrived on time and respectable security. Overall experience is great.
The greyhound staff at the desk was terrible not really trying to help or make efforts to make things work and had her ear buds in the whole time not good at all... Now the driver was very polite and helpful at the end of the ride in providing guidance and direction and the ride itself was smooth and on time!
it was lit
Not the worst experience, not the best. Arrived in one piece though.
Didn't inform me that my bus was cancelled til I got there.
would like to have a pass for college student; some kind of discounts.otherwise the ride was great and the driver was too.
It was like an adventure with a driver who was checking and stapling tickets while driving between Macon and Atlanta.
I decided to get off at Atlanta airport as I believed That was the only stop in Atlanta, the driver wasn't too helpful and first say I had to collect my baggage somewhere else in Atlanta. Being a visitor from another country I panicked for a while not knowing the place. I explain and he gave me my bag.so this caused some anxiety.
The air conditioning was very cold and caused my eyes and throat to become dry and sore.
Because the Savannah depot didn't have wifi, I couldn't get my paid for ticket printed out, and I had to pay $70 to purchase another ticket. This need to be corrected.
