Overall the ride and seats were more comfortable than Greyhound but the bus was late leaving and arriving which messed up my ride I had to make other arrangements. Also the restroom was locked and the driver didn’t have a key but he was generous enough to make a quick stop for us
Very good value, clean and comfortable. The only minor issue for us was the air conditioning was too cold, we had to buy a blanket to cover feet and legs.
Schedule needs more flexibility and options. My transfer bus in Tallahassee was 9 hours behind schedule. All buses should be 8 hours trips from Atlanta to Orlando stop in Jacksonville for Transfers or layovers not Tallahassee . Also seating is inaccurate there were plenty of seats available on a bus that was posted as sold out!
