The employees were very rude, not at all helpful, and were nowhere to be found when I needed help.
The bus driver, excellent very friendly person, speaks Spanish and English. The trip was perfect, I arrived in Orlando on time. very good
The driver was very accommodating to all the passengers. He was the best driver I’ve had since I begin riding on Red Coach
RoGer was the best
Besides being somewhat late the ride was Satisfying
The Driver did an excellent job.
It's a good service
Great experience and comfortable seat!!
Overall the ride and seats were more comfortable than Greyhound but the bus was late leaving and arriving which messed up my ride I had to make other arrangements. Also the restroom was locked and the driver didn’t have a key but he was generous enough to make a quick stop for us
It was so comfortable, and clean.
Very good value, clean and comfortable. The only minor issue for us was the air conditioning was too cold, we had to buy a blanket to cover feet and legs.
It was so comfortable, the staff was professional, and the bus was clean. Loved it!
The Office staff was very rude all I did was ask questions such as my nus arrival schedule and the lady at the front desk was really rude.
Overall experience was awesome except for wifi not working..
Greyhound staff were terrible , very disrespectful terrible buss ride and got there almost an hour late
Bus was two hour late and driver took breaks to try to get the on time
My trip was yesterday at 9:20 pm, I finally get a bus this morning at 6:30 am the worst thing I'm still in the bus.
The bus never showed up at greyhound I had to go to other terminal to make connections
Ride had to many stops that was not planned
Schedule needs more flexibility and options. My transfer bus in Tallahassee was 9 hours behind schedule. All buses should be 8 hours trips from Atlanta to Orlando stop in Jacksonville for Transfers or layovers not Tallahassee . Also seating is inaccurate there were plenty of seats available on a bus that was posted as sold out!
Great service from the Greyhound staff
Bus was late
