The bus driver left us at the border while we were at the customs without any notice. 1/10 would never recommend, stay the heck away.

Bus was late for over an hour, driver's check-in system was not working, there was a passenger smoking weed on the bus and it smelled throughout most of the ride and then the system showed that no people were going to Vancouver when there was a handful of us. We made it to the final destination but it also took forever when a highway ride to Vancouver can be done in 3 hours or less.

It was horrible, it was my first time booking this bus. The driver was straight up racist, she didn’t question anyone else except the Indians and asked all of them to pay for baggage(7kg) that was already included in the ticket. She was 50 minutes late from the scheduled time.
And as I have heard from others experiences, there a stop just after crossing the border, in surrey, richmond and then final in Vancouver. She refused to stop anywhere and asked its better u guys get off at the border and walk all the way to nearest place where someone can pick us up.
