Everything worked out very nicely today. The van was at the meeting point early and we were away ahead of time. We collected a few more passengers, made one brief rest stop and were in Ljubljana near to the appointed time. There were no problems besides a bit of traffic.

Terrible experience with Itabus and never travelling with them again. Bus broke down after a few miles. No alternative was found by the company, had to wait more than 3 hours for a random bus to pick us up. No one from the company could be reached and we received a brief message we will be dropped off in Trieste and than we are on our own, despite people paying tickets to Ljubljana, Slovenia. So we were dropped in the middle of the night in Trieste and left to deal with it on our own. Unprofessional and shameful

Instructions for finding the bus were not clear and we missed it. We went early and asked tourist info where the bus came in to the plaza. It turns out it was an unmarked van and not a bus at all. We reached out to customer service via email and the did respond quickly and were able to get us a ride in a later bus (van) that day. A bit frustrating and we felt it could have been resolved if the instructions said it would be a van and where exactly it came into the plaza since it was not the same spot as the map provided.
