We stood in the pouring rain for a coach that did not arrive. It was cancelled because of a severe weather warning, but this was forecast to take place 4 hours after the coach should have arrived at the destination!!

Because of M4 road closures the forward bound journey was delayed, yet the driver was able to navigate his way through the blockage with great skill - we were most impressed. Homeward bound journey was equally impressive and the driver was able to get to Newport from Victoria Coach station three minutes early! Well done National Express team!
