Very disappointed 😞 was waiting at Frederick Greyhound Bus Station for the bus but, the bus did not show up!
It has been my experience with a particular ticket agent that is very discourteous and extremely rude I had two very unpleasant encounters with her.
The guideline on passengers being masked while in the bus was not strictly enforced. A reminder would have helped.

It’s not the FlixBus pick me. The bus is crazily fluctuating, I felt reallly dizzy in the bus and wanted to omit. There were lots of cigarettes and the air condition is poor. This is the worst experience in bus.

The bus was an hour late and then took 40 minutes at the rest stop causing me to be 2 hours late to my destination. It ruined my trip
For some it was satisfied for others it was not comfortable. I met somebody that was complaining about the heat at the back. It was very, very hot inside the rest room. A person can pass out.
My experience was awful! One hour and a half before the departure time they called and changed the pick up place, the bus was supposed to pick us up at 2:45 and it only got there at 4:30!!!
