Bus Tickets from Barranquilla to Santa Marta

To start with my bus was 80 min late. Than instead of express 45 min we was traveling 4 hours doing multiple long stops. Oh and I had a colony of roaches next to my window seat. Very very bad experience

I was the change to take an earlier bus at no extra cost. Also likes that the bags had tag numbers. The bus didn't have wifi and the seats were a little tight

The trip did not start on schedule but the drivers were very professional and courteous.

We were at the counter at 9.30 for the 10.00 bus, we got a bus number, but that bus didn't came, nobody told us to take just a bus to our destination so we waited and the bus just left us there. We had to wait for the next at the end it was 13.00 when we left. People are not service minded. Bus trip was okay, nice

The bus was brought forward 15 minutes and I didn’t know. Luckily I was there early. Also the driver was honking the horn all the time :( I know it’s normal here but I don’t like it

Wish the bus had better, more frequently hours and could drop me closer to my home/hotel

The airconditioner was leaking water on my head on the back seat

Bus was cancelled and I wasn’t notified.

We were shocked at the amount of wasted time waiting for sellers to get on and off the bus plus the arguing between them and driver

4 hours late. Poor bus. Sat for around 4 hours in total doing nothing in 2 different areas apparently just waiting for the bus to be full. Made us change buses halfway to destination and then didn't enter bus station as advertised but instead dropped us off at the side of the motorway. Couldn't have been a more opposite experience to that with Copetran which was excellent.

It was late and dirty. Man who works on the bus was really rude! Would avoid at all costs if possible!
