Bus Tickets from Santa Marta (Magdalena Department), CO to Bogotá

It was an ok bus itself but it was 4 hours delayed and also they didn't pack the bags very well I had fish water leak all over my belongings and clothes

The bus journey was a lot longer than stated, which I think is normal in Colombia.the bus also makes many stops. The seats were comfortable, but there was a bad smell for most of the trip. The bathroom in the bus was okay, but pretty dirty by the end. An hour before arriving they put us in a different bus which wasn't the luxury service I booked

Copearan, the worlds slowest bus company, scheduled 16 hours took nearly 24. Not because of traffic, because they randomly stopped sat still for up to an hour multiple times. No clear reason why. The staff was rude and unhelpful. Take any other company.

Bus was cancelled and I had to go to another village to go to Bogota from there. Furthermore, it was fine.

Our (2) TVs didnt work. As that is the only activity, it seems wrong to pay the extremely high price and not getting everything that is included. Also, the seats on the back row don’t go back almost at all so it was impossible to sleep -> very uncomfortable trip.

The trip from Santa Marta to Bogota' was ok by South America standards I guess

We asked the lady at the front desk if there was going to be a stop for dinner, she said yes. For dinner and for breakfast. I asked her to be sure if we needed to buy food before leaving. She said no need. Unfortunately, there was no stop for dinner

Very comfortable bus with wifi working the whole journey. Unfortunately it was very cold on the bus, so don't forget to bring warm clothes.

My only bad comment is that the bus was leaking from the rainfall. Other than that, good company
