The first trip to Chichen Itza was great. The Premium busses are a perfect and cheap way to travel around in Mexico, I would do it again. On the way back however, we were supposed to get a conecta bus, but this one did not arrive at the location. The representative from ADO was constantly calling to ask what was going on. At one time I understood them asking if we could take the Premium bus, which had already left. In the end we had to wait for over 1,5 hours, then were put on a bus to Priste, from their an Oriente bus to Cancun. Instead of the trip taking about 3 hours it took us about 7 hours to get back to Cancun, stopping at all stops and a driver almost driving of the road a few times. On top of that, as we already paid for our trip we paid way to much.
