Sunday 23rd of August 2026, 16:00 ADO Bus from Chichen Itza to Tulum was cancelled without notifying us in advance. After all, I took the next Oriente bus to Tulum at 17:30. Very dissatisfied!

ADO transferred my booking (cancelled the bus??) a full 24hours, with no alternatives or suggestions. With the help of my hotel senoria I jumped a collectivo to the next town and the ADO lady there got me on a later bus that night. Annoying, but not the end of the world.

The bus didn’t come at 4pm. They said change the bus at 5:20pm, but the bus came 5:45pm. It’s down grade and we didn’t have seats and couldn’t rest for 3 hours. We’ve waited the bus for 3 hours. We arrived Tulum at 10pm. We couldn’t eat dinner and couldn’t use swimming pool in my hotel.
