Outbound from PDC to Tulum was a nice coach. Comfortable. AC. Toilet. Return was an uncomfortable minibus with broken seatbelts and no toilet. Both arrived 10+ mins late for Departure

It was good but it wasn't clear where to catch the bus back when we got dropped off at the side of the highway to go to Tulum ruins. Luckily there was a tourism rep, Diego, (working for the City I guess) who gave us a free map and directions to walk to the ruins (even tho he may have been trying to interest us in hiring a personal guide to make our experience more informative) and we were able to go to him again after to help figure out where to catch the bus back. He informed us we needed to get on a 'collectivo' (those white coloured tourist vans) to bring us up the highway further to get to the ADO station. It was cheap tho...only 40 pesos.
