Delta must at try to improve their time we can't be late with 2 hour's and have no toilets in the bus and this derlivery thing is not going well these taxi driver do not want to derliver us instead they leave us at the taxi rank what is the derlivery do exactly? My driver forced me to go to taxi Rank in Belleville rather than taking me to Belleville south is that your service as well?
The stuff really do their level best with customers to make them happy. Though Delta coaches acts as if they do not have their own busses at all. Or maybe their customers are plenty, they need to work on the availability of busses. Overall it's really good.
I am very disappointed shame, the bus was late on top of tht we had to carry our bags outside the place tht our tickets said the bus will get us from. Not only that as we were rushed by the gentleman to walk fast as the bus was going to leave us, I am talking about the same bus tht was an whole hour late to us.
3 hours late on departure, 4 hours 30min late on arrival. driver has heater on very high in a bus with no windows throughout whole trip, waited @ filling station for almost an hour due to 'transactions not being authorised' still not sure what this means
The bus was late. I had very light luggage but I was forced to pay for my luggage. The bus stopped in the middle of nowhere and we felt unsafe as passagers the drivers didn't bother to notify us about what is happening. I would not recommend this bus to anyone their service is very poor.
Terrible experience, bus came late to Johannesburg and we were stranded in Boufort West because the bus was arrested for not being in a condition to transport people. We had to organise ourselves a private tax to take us to Cape Town. Very dissatisfying.
This bus isn't supposed to be operating at all, we slept on the way for 2 days because traffic cops escorted the bus.. They give us bus with broken doors.
Bus was comfortable driving on a normal pace I enjoyed the trip apart from the fact that it didn't have a heater as it cold at night but overall it was great
Maintenance should be of first priority to ensure the safe and efficient trip of the clients. Being stuck and waiting for hours for the arrival of another bus was rather disappointing and discomforting, the trip was definitely not worth my money , and also Maintenance should include the interior of the electronic mechanism such as the charging of which most were not working and some of us missed important calls during our journey because our batteries have died
Firstly the bus was 3 hours late, secondly it was dirty and in a very bad condition the windows are broken and sealed with plastic so we were cold the whole night, there was loud mechanical sounds and very strong diesel the bus is not safe at all we survived because of God.”
We were in an old bus with broken windows and doors. Bus was so cold because there is wind coming in all around. No heater to keep passengers warm. Drivers sleep on passages. Driver’s speed is extremely high and scary. The bus is too old!
Very poor customer service, had to wait more than 2 hours for the bus and when it finaly arrived it was full and some passengers were seating on the floor. And also they dont have tags or stickers for the luggages so they can get lost.
I'm very disappointed with delta coach services. We were suppose to leave Johannesburg at 19:00 but we left there at 21:00 instead, the bust had no heater, no curtains and their charging ports were not working. The driver was rude 😒. How can they expect a passengers who paid 720 to travel all night without a heater and a toilet in the bus. When we got to komani we were forced to change buses under this cold weather around 6:30 in the morning. Their traveling conditions were unbearable.
I will never ever in my entire life even if their ticket cost 50 book Delta coach. Their stops were creepy places, with unhygienic restaurants 😳.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience with delta as I was left at the station by the driver even though I notified him I'm going to the toilet. I was put in the following bus which meant my luggage traveled with the first bus as I followed.I
contacted the bus driver and I've been told too wait cause the bus had technical issues. I've been waiting since midday and it's not 8 in the evening.
The bus was fast, which is a good thing. But it was cold inside. Communication was bad while we're stuck on the road for 3 hours. The buses need a very good service
I asked one of the drivers to go and pee when the bus stopped and they almost left me at Ultra city, there was no communication as to who are we leaving behind, drivers shouting passengers when they wanna go and pee, few minutes to go to the toilets not even a chance to buy something to eat, no charging ports.
First of all the bus doesn’t have a toilet,Secondly I asked the driver if he could please stop nearby gas station for my kids to take a pee. He answered me in a rude manner , telling me to take a bottle so that they can urinate on it, I asked politely “How can a 8 year old girl child urinate on a bottle?” He told me to go sit down because he won’t stop the bus just because I’m telling him so. The driver made my journey very terrible. I wouldn’t even recommend Delta Couches to anyone,it’s really disgusting to hear such coming from an old man probably he’s a father too. I so wish he can also experience such treatment he gave me
