Bus Tickets from Bloemfontein to Queenstown, ZA

Did not enjoy at all the bus was 2 hours and 30 minutes late and was not the intercape bus but a big sky bus

I was very disappointed,I had no seat and I had to stand for an hour while travelling because there were no seats available only to find out there were seats with no people in them ,they just chose to put luggage in them making it look like they were occupied

The bus departed and arrived on time. The staff was very professional and friendly.

Bus 3 hours late no communication nothing

The bus delayed for about an hour and it was too cold. I'm even sick now

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the unprofessionalism of a male worker there, who called me, telling me I should sit with him at his office. Then carried on to take my bags without my permission to his office, trying to force me there. I didn’t go and a very polite man helped to get my luggage. I didn’t feel safe.

Your bus was very late the waiting area is very cold I asked for boiled water I couldn't get it they said they don't have the lady wasn't unfriendly not even helping with a smile the bus seats are not comfortable the bus staff was unprofessional they mention something about the bus bricks packesI and folds of the bus I couldn't even rest because I was fearing for our lives I asked myself how safe are we in this bus I think are things must not be said infant of the clients some of us we are sensitive this question came to my mind was the bus serviced are we safe here can I trust this company with our lives

The bus was very late for about 2 hours, it was very dirty and the driver was rude he didn't even apologize on behalf of the company.

Vilamora must improve its departure time or if there's an issue causing it to pick its clients late it must be communicated to us and another thing please consider working on cockroaches on your buses do something about them even it's fumigating but do something it's not nice to see insects on your buses otherwise I do not have other complaints the bus heaters were working.

Rubbish of a bus I waited for more than 4 hours at Bloemfontein tourism center. From 21h30 to 2h30 in the morning.. we were cold from waiting outside
