The chairs were anadgustable. The trip took longer than expected I arrived an hour late.
Generally I always upvote and highly recommend Intercape buses but today the mainline express I used really felt like a budget liner. It was not as comfortable as the ones I had traveled with before, on top of that, for a whole 14hr+ trip, having power sockets that weren't working a couple of sits in a raw while holding your breath throughout the trip cause of a bad smelling toilet up to almost half of the whole bus? Plus the drivers would stop way longer at the refreshment stops without communicating with us what the issue was with the delay. It was a very disappointing experience. Hopefully the company will pull up its socks.
Very disappointed with intercape.I booked the bus because of I going to interview but the bus had problem which costs us to wait 3 hours and that happened when we were near mtata and we waited 3 hours, bus was supposed to arrive 8 but the bus arrived around 12.. I will never book this stupid entercape bus again and I will tell others not to book intercape

The bus didn't show up and we had to be featured on Luvalo tours which has a good service
It was a bad experience the staff is so rude and the fact that we were moved for our bus to another bus and thebdriver of that bus refused to put us in our known destination
We had to change into another at night and it was freezing cold having to wait until we can continue in another bus standing outside with children and luggage. Reason being issue with the tyres, how did they allow it to leave Jhb knowing that this issue 3xisted pre taking this trip.

My bus was supposed to arrive at 9am in umtata but I arrived at 1pm, we were stucked at Queenstown for about an hour and half, the bus was a mix east London Queenstown Butterworth Cofimvaba Ngcobo mtata Mzimkhulu , Mt frere qumbu tsolo yhoooo
Never In my whole life will I ever choose delta, the bus was 6 hours late and it was so cold the workers ran and left us all alone at park station. We were supposed to arrive at mthatha at 10:45 ! And we arrived at 16:36. For me the experience was very bad and I will never use the bus again no matter how cheap it is.
The bus delayed, also stuck on the roadway. I was supposed to arrive by 9am but ended up arriving at 13:00pm.
