Your bus has no heater or even working charging plugs I was freezing to death I wouldn't recommend it on anyone
This is my first and last time using Delta. The drivers were nice but from rescheduling my bus to having to depart and spend way longer than what it was is a night mare. We're still on the road. Moreover, I'd to pay R50 extra for my luggage while I've 17 kg instead of the 25 kg mentioned online. Poor management and time is just not important to them. Thanks Jesus-Christ we're safe on the road.
It's very very bad I won't take Delta bus again, while we were waiting at park station, securities come check tickets and they said if we taking Delta we are not allowed to sit on those chairs. Later around 6pm someone from Delta offices come and told us that the bus is outside park station so have to walk a bit long distance to catch the bus outside and it was 7pm bus I booked 1pm bus but they postponed to 7pm. When Buses came there was no order to get inside and we pack our bag no driver was helping us. In middle of the night they wake us up to go to another bus. Even there while change to another bus no bus driver help with our leagage We have to pack our suitcases. I didn't enjoy the journey not at all 😨
Driver arrived at 17H25 and the trip was at 14H00.Some passengers carried umbrellas inside the bus as the rain was wetting them.At Queenstown there were passengers who were loaded and the passengers that came with the bus from.Mthatha did not have seats.
I don't think I'll ever use Delta Coaches or recommend it to anyone.
Morning I'm very upset coz every time I book these buses which I've been travelling up and down to cape town for da last month nw it's always delayed and nt just an 1hour it's delayed for 5hours and a person book a certain time with the meaning of reaching your destination a certain time for a reason but these buses has been putting me off from booking with them again in the future.
They have the worst customer service. Their drivers are very rude. We were stuck in the middle of the road for four full hours. These busses do not deserve to be on the road honestly.
I don't even know where to start, we were taken out of a certain bus to another of which that was a delay on it's own causing us to arrive late on our destinations. The bus had no air-con we had to sweat through out the journey. I also booked for my aunt, she was supposed to have gone at 6pm alredy but the time now is 10pm still nothing she's sitting and waiting in cold for a bus that will probably not arrive, hayisuka!.
The trip was bad because we got stopped by traffic cops and stayed at the station for hours. Our drivers did not even explain to us what was happening.
There second driver that took over was very rude and impatient with passengers, he says men only use the bathroom 1 second and woman 2seconds. He sweared at other passengers. He was not emphatic and user-friendly.
I didn’t enjoy anything about it the bus is Ice- cold no charging points the Drivers were rude when everyone asked for some heater we were all limited into getting essentials at the shop and using bathroom 10 mins was all we were given….the Bus doesn’t even have a name on the sides or anything that proves it’s Delta Coaches just a White bus like they just took a random school bus and drove for us I am really not happy Andy everyone else in this bus mentioned that they are not happy at all
Tvs not working, no radio.. silence from joburg to bulawayo, worst part is the bus broke down less than 30 km to bulawayo but it took them over 3 hours to recover the passengers...
The bus didn’t come I waited the sad part I was going to an interview I had to book intercape my last money is gone because of this poor service of delta
Firstly we waited for the bus for more than 3 hours and when the bus came they gave us a nice bus from bosman station to jbg only to change us into a kak bus which didn't even have lights inside no charging points for phones and it had broken windows fixed with selotape.this is really unacceptable for a big company like Delta.the bus was blowing cold wind all the way from jbg to capetown
Was very bad from johannesburg , we were waiting there more than 4 hours no one was updating us even the driver of the bus, the nutes of the bus was loose.
That was not the first time
I did not enjoy Delta coaches at all it was all the opposite
We only had 2 toilet breaks
Instead of arriving at 11am as the ticket said we arrived at 18:40pm
