The bus was old and the chairs were so close to each other my knees kept hurting me all the way as there was no space for my legs, they were hitting the next chair

Johanna C.April 13, 2019 |

Arrived early, but was super hot, had no toilet and the bus driver played music most of the night. For an overnight bus, some of us would like to sleep!

Marwa O.April 12, 2019 |

Not comfortable at all !!

Ola I.August 25, 2018 |

Uncomfortable, scarse in space, cold, old bus

Alistair John M.August 1, 2018 |

Extraordinary chaos, understaffing, shouting, pushing, police and ambulance called. It's the 1st August, Daibus made no allowance of the huge number of people and vast amounts of luggage. They didn't enforce their own regulations and security procedures. Our bus arrived 30mins late at the station in Madrid and departed 1hr 50mins late. Arriving at the final destination 1hr late. My bag was damaged during the trip. Last night's experience would suggest that Daibus is not fit to run a transport company.

The air-conditioning on the bus never worked. It was hot for most of the trip. The second driver was weaving in and out of the traffic. Was scary at times.

Unfortunately I didnt have the chance to get to the bus this time partly Busbud's fault but i already used Daibus-Interbus few weeks ago and everything was just fine

Ashley B.July 15, 2017 |

The driver (of this bus and the other bus that ran to the same city at the same time) were very rude, unorganized, and unaccommodating. I was very disappointed with the service or lack thereof.

Kathryn W.October 28, 2016 |

The driver was horribly rude, it was an overnight bus and he played the radio so loud overnight. Additionally he kept yelling at someone talking over the phone while driving. Will never use this service again.
