Very very good
Great service offered by excellent team
Bus was on time from NYC to Montreal but was an hour late from Montreal to Ottawa. That's my only complaint, other than that, everything went fine.
The service is good so far that I know of
Non respect of the hours
driver from Montreal to NY us very rude and nit helpful
Needs to clean the restroom more often, fix the wifi and avoid waisting time
It is awful to travel so much distance like this.
Bus was delayed and I was forced to purchase another ticket in Montreal
Love our bus Driver to New York! He gets there right away :). Also, love the communication he has with the passengers and so loving his New York accent.
