I was happy that I was able to get on the bus because I bought a ticket for the wrong day, but I was upset that I had to get off the line to change my ticket.
The driver was a handsome, professional. He drove the Best, other than myself. SERIOUSLY, felt safe. I actually went to sleep. He was very communicative with everyone. I've never EVER experienced This great. Thanks to Peter Pan!!
The driver that drove today is great . I had him twice and I can reassure everyone that his driving skills are wonderful and he manage to always be on time . 5 stars
The bus driver had her mask on her chin. The whole bus had their cel phones unmuted. The passengers talked on their phone the whole time, It was a nightmare!
My driver was pleasant and accommodating. I explained to her about my asthma & anxiety and she seated me up front where I had ample space.
I'm very pleased with Bolt Bus Service
This is the second time that I am using Boltbus and I am satisfied with their service. The online booking was easy. Their drivers are polite and drive well. I will always recommend the bus to anyone I know.
the bus was comfortable and we didn't have to wait, my only issue is small: english isn't my native language and the bus driver gave his instructions too quickly for me to understand.
Lowcost busfair: comfort was okay. Old bus, but good driver and comfortable seat, wifi and clean toilet onboard. We left 10/15 min late but that’s okay with me (since we pay a low price I am not so critical).
I missed my bus at the GWB bus terminal returning to PH and the staff member what rude, dismissive and not helpful at all. It cost me triple the price to return home. Very disappointed with Greyhound.
The bus left before the time it was supposed to depart from philly and had to buy another ticket waste my money if it said 7:30pm should not leave at 6:30 or whatever and they didn't even call out bus departure
We were late due to an accident in the NJ turnpike I think our bus took a detour instead of sitting in traffic. A bus that left Phila 30 minutes after us got to NYC at the same time we did.
Excellent. Far superior to Greyhound. I've been traveling by bus from Philadelphia to New York ever since I relocated to Philly from NY. I have many horror stories of Greyhound. I'm so glad I switched my allegiance to Peter Pan.
I did not appreciate that I had to put two heavy luggage in the trunk and the employee saw me and my daughter making giant effort and did nothing to help us, either leaving or arriving. I never experienced such a not polite attitude.
