Buses dont leave on time, reached destination quite late. Missed the connecting bus as the bus from porto left late.
Driver was extremely rude, smoked in the bus throughout the journey. There was water leakage through the air conditioner vents above our seat and driver rudely asked us to complain to the company.
This is now the 3rd time my seat reservation has been double booked. I have had to sort out my seat assignments with other passengers and the driver. Also the bus driver from porto was texting and driving.
Its ok but not very comfortable and the signs to get the correct bus are not efficient
Comfortable ride, music a little loud at the start
