Hi, we made it to Lagos but both drivers we had were on their phone at different points of the trip and that’s unforgivable. They have our lives in their hands. We are still shocked and upset.
Good to stop for the bathroom breaks
WiFi was intermittent or did not work. Very frustrating.
Overall very good
Bus driver very rude at half-way stop. He used bathroom, but did not want anyone else leaving bus. I had to hold him from leaving before my wife returned from using bathroom.
Punctual and good ride.
Wifi doesn't work, air conditioning bad. We had to change buses with no explanation
Timing was great, and seat space was fine. WiFi was terrible/barely worked. Not every USB charging port provided power. Driver should tell passengers to queue up at the station - people just walked up in front of other parties who were waiting like civilized people, and the driver accepted it. Also, please turn on/up the A/C in early August, as the bus got very stuffy and caused my companion and I to feel a bit nauseous in the back.
Driver was great, but a 3hr 15min journey took 4.5hrs.
The busdriver was really unfriendly. He didn’t let us use the toilet, he just said that he needed to be in time. But he didn’t said it nicely. He was screaming. Unfriendly busdriver. I am sorry to tell this. But it was really annoying having a person riding a bus who was cursing all the time during the ride.
The ticket service lied. I was told when I purchased there would be WIFI. There was none. I was told there would be chargers on the best. There were none. The bus driver was incredibly rude. We were also late. He played terrible loud and irritating music the entire time.
3 hours late to pick up. No company representative onsite. Bathroom locked on board.
The bus was over 4 hours late. They wouldn’t refund my money upfront. I would have had to wait at the station until morning. They never knew when the bus was getting there, only that it was delayed “a little bit”. Terrible service.
The bus arrived 3 hours late.
On time. Driver could have communicated arrivals more clearly. Wifi a joke. Smooth ride.
Comfortable and efficient travel
The trip was uneventful and smooth. Should have asked the check-in lady which platform the bus would arrive on, though.
Lively modern comfortable coach.
Bus was clean and the driver was friendly and drove in a very safe manner.
Comfortable seats. Driver gives opportunties to stop for bathroom breaks if necessary.
