Everything seemed fine, so I went to the station as planned. After waiting for over two hours, the bus never arrived. It was only when I approached the station staff that I learned the trip had been canceled. Your failure to notify me cost me a missed flight, €50, and an entire day of my life. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of communication and reliability from your platform
