no electrical sockets, arrived over an hour late
Quick and easy journeys
It was my first time to travel with Eurolines; but I was very disappointed. The bus came at least one hour late at the station at Rotterdam. The driver did not feel like voluntarily apologising. He was not friendly. The WiFi in the bus was not working and no explanation was tendered by the driver. The toilet was disgusting. I was very angry and I swore NEVER to travel with Eurolines anymore.
Bad experience all around. Late busses, nearly 3 hours late due to bad driving, mechanical issues, and inability to maintain passenger safety.
Only thing was that the bathroom needed cleaning and there was no toiletries or paper towels there. Everything else was o OK. So make some improvements on it.
The staff is rude! They don't get out of the bus to call out passengers or inform them that they are there. I will not choose to travel with them ever again. And no breaks!!
I'm very disappointed with ALSA. I got to the station at 10, 30 minutes before departure as instructed. I then waited until 12:45 am before giving up and booking a flight to London instead. I understand that coaches are sometimes delayed but waiting almost 3 hours in the cold is unacceptable. As a result of the coach not arriving on time I had to write off my train tickets I had booked in the UK.
Truely appalling. To witness a bus driver threatening a male passenger because he came to the aid of a woman passenger should be unacceptable. But I doubt anything will change with this company. Business as usual
Bus stop was on a street closed due to marathon the next day. No advice was given of this therefore we missed the bus and lost 40 euros. I will be leaving a public review of this fact.
