Bus broke down- unfortunate but these things happen
All went well, it was a lovely bus, very comfortable.
Very narrow seats for my husband to sit in, trays al broken, we were late leaving and very late arriving with no traffic. Should calculate proper time with distance and the bus was very confusing to find when boarding. The reader board was way off. Very frustrating.
Very good and careful driver!
Comfortable bus, but unable to understand driver’s announcements.
The bus schedule seems to be a moving target
The bus we booked no. 620 didn't come. Another bus number 621 came but full. There was another bus to fetch us at the end. But no one spoke English to help us. Luckily few passengers spoke English helped us. It was delayed for 0 minutes
I have never taken an ALSA bus that has been on time, and this was no exception. We were >45 minutes behind schedule on the way there and on the way back. This could have been completely avoided by not taking a 45 minute rest-stop break and by opening the bathroom on the bus!
The driver talks loud at the mid of 4a.m, I can't feel a sleep
A very good trip to Porto
My wife has been badly bitten by an insect emminating from this bus trip. Same seat through out. No seat allocation for this journey. No WiFi. No legroom. No onboard entertainment unit. This is supposed to be a long distance trip, the bus should have all these items. Kurt Weber
We travelled with Alsa within Spain and had very good journeys but the trip between Salamanca and Porto was very disorganised as there were no allocated seats and this meant I was unable to sit with my partner who was unwell despite us booking this trip months before. The coach was not as good as the coaches on other shorter journeys. Alsa needs to improve their "international"service
