It was excellent, however we have to get to Brandon for Wedding at 4:30 pm Friday, no public transportation in Canada, tragic for elderly and young people, every country in the world has great public transportation except Canada, shame on us.
Fantastic staff, excellent tracking of the late bus, received email very early of late bus, could not be helped as road conditions were bad, but totally satisfied with our trip.
Not pleased with how disorganized this service was. It was unclear which bus to get on, what to do with luggage, whether to check in, and generally what was going on.
The staff and service are great, my main problem was the patrons. A lot of the passengers were loud anddisruptive, the bus was also packed to the brim and I, as a large man, was forced to share a seat with another large person, it was the most uncomfortable I have ever been on a trip considering how loud everyone else was.
The bus smelled good. The driver was really kind and considerate. He tended to everyones needs and concerns. The bus had a smell because of the people that rode it but i dont blame the bus or the driver for anything there were scented stuff to get rid of it and it did the job as much as it could. For me it was a 10/10 experience except for the smell of the other passengers. It was a really good experience and bus ride!!!
Driver was extremely careless on the highway, multiple times he would pull right up to the back of semi trailers going 90+ so if anything happened out of line of sight we would be dead instantly.
Despite the bus overheating and therefore stopping a couple of dozen times the bus driver kept his cool, did his best, and got us there as quickly and safely as he possibly could.
I enjoy taking Bus but sometimes don’t get a break to get off bus an some have no garbage, cup holders, or only one charging point on bus. But definitely will continue to use service. I don’t agree with the mask and attempting to make people wear one they are useless.
Staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and apologetic about the late bus. Amenities (station and bus) were fairly hygienic and clean. 10/10 would ride again
Overall, I liked the service and the bus ride indeed. However, when we got to the rider express office in Regina, we couldn’t wait inside the office until our rides showed up, because the office was closed; the driver told us that the office was open but it wasn’t and 3-5 people had to wait outside in -40 below temperature.
