bus is ok but this customer service office never answers call. i called after their office is open more than 50 times no one seems like care to answer. more than that they are rude and disrespectful. it keep happening to me from my last 10 trips atleast
The worst teip ever in my life . Bus was late (4 hrs delay) bus without heat at -30. Too many stop ( usually few minutes each stop but this time too much ) very bad experience. When we arried to one of the stop we have to wait to the other bus coming from Edmonton for almost an hour in a cold bus . I travel with ride once in 2 or 3 weeks but unfortunately i m not happy at all this time
enjoyed the proximity of the station from our point of origin. the seat was a little bit harder than what i expected due to the leather cover which i know is to protect the fiber. unfortunately, the toilet was out of order that time.
According to multiple reviews, customers express satisfaction with the service provided. However, there is a lack of specific details or opinions mentioned in these reviews that could provide further insight into their experiences.
KCTI Saskatoon Edmonton recent customer reviews
Bus was 40 minutes late for pick up. Freezing cold on the bus had to wear gloves and keep winter scarf on. Too much chattering with bus driver by two other passengers that I feel was distracting the driver…so to me everyone’s safety was a concern the whole way. I was glad to get off the bus.
The bus driver left me at the gas station during the stop over break .2hrs away from Edmonton. He did not even do a head count to check if his passengers are complete. So incompetent. I was so mad
Driver was awesome and friendly. Wasn’t happy that there was No bathroom though and from my understanding from other reviews haven’t had one in a while even though it’s advertised. I’d be down to use again if they had a bathroom.
