I got back to Calgary but after a 3 hour layover in Edmonton. The ticket I purchased said that we were supposed to arrive in Calgary at 6:55pm. Instead in Edmonton we were told to get off the bus and had to had to wait until almost 6:00 . No reason was given.
It was a smooth and cool ride . Honestly, very comfy. I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 because It was my first time. On top of that I traveled with my kids for about 11hours, thinking we would stop atleast at a place for wholesome meal, they were so hungry. Not enough time to buy them what to eat or even great meal. So, lesson learned. If you're with kids, pack up lunch and enough finger foods😆😆😆 Overall, an okay ride and would recommend 👌
I had a difficult time sleeping in peace as the passenger beside me kept talking loud on his phone and watching loud videos. He also smelled really bad which made it hard to rest. I wish there were more strict rules such as using headphones and keeping voice level to a minimal. I did feel cramped in my seat too. However, I really enjoyed the bus ride from Edmonton to Calgary, that bus was very clean, spacious , and nice. That transfer was the only peaceful ride I had on my trip.
