One of the worst days of my life. Calgary to Regina had 3 or 4 different drivers. 2 were great, 1 was unpleasant. We had to wait such long times for the new drivers to show up. It's already such a long drive, the waiting in the middle of nowhere for over an hour was incredibly painful. Our first switch of drivers, we went to meet the new driver in one place, then were told we are actually going to go meet them in another place. How does this happen!? How is it not known ahead of time where to meet!? And what time!? Terrible. I'll never do it again.
Didn't like the rudeness displayed to an nonenglish speaking customer. Also bus driver thought he was a cop demanding several times how many beers a young man had consumed that evening. He was not intoxicated so why the interrogation? Definitely not called for. Had it been me i would of told him where to go.
Staff at the station were extremely lazy. Bus depot was absolutely horrible, I would not ever have my children there. Drug users were everywhere. On the trip some crazy man seemed to be the bus drivers responsibility. The man disappeared at one of our stops, and the entire bus was delayed half an hour. Police along with security were searching the streets for the man. Finally the police brought the man back to the bus.
This was not a pleasant experience
