It was all good except the windshield wipers made a loud screeching noise all the way from Regina to Saskatoon. The bus company should stay on top of these maintenance issues.
It was unfortunate that there was mechanical failure..sensor so driver had to stop and restart the engine many times. He apologized at end of trip. I’m not complaining as that’s one of those things in life ….a discount would be appreciated for the inconvenience.
I paid for my ticket online jut to arrive and find out that I'm not in the list of passengers? even though I have my electronic ticket printed? I had to purchase it AGAIN...
Driver stopped on #11 to wait for 3 passengers to catch up to the bus because they were late and when the arrived at the terminal the bus had already left. Customers were late arriving at the bus for the 8:30 departure time. Customers have to become more responsible.
The bus was vibrating during the whole trip. Buses are not supposed to vibrate as much. It is very difficult to work on the bus (computer) when it shakes as much
Clean bus, polite and courteous driver. When preparing to leave bus driver should get off first and ensure that passengers disembark without incident. On my return trip from Saskatoon I missed the last step coming off the bus. Luckily I wasnt hurt but it could have happened.
It is great to see that someone has taken over where Greyhound left off.
The bus was canceled, and they never informed me. I reached at the pickup location and found out that my ride is cancelled. Next day, I have a flight early in the morning. I had to book a car rental, and paid 3x times. I hate the service
I found the large bus comfortable with cushy seats and convenience of wifi and electrical plugs for recharging. I liked the plushy fabric with scribble designs on seats. It was unique and fitting.
We were on the small bus with every seat filled. Felt a little cramped and there was no wifi. But other than that the drivers were super nice, and it was clean. Was on time.
The bus was very cold, then the ceilingin ventilation door flung open. The driver had to stop and fix it. We were already running 15 minutes late. That took 10 minutes more. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Alos, the bus station in Saskatoon is way too far from the downtown core. A cab ride downtown adds 15 dollars to the cost. Lots of room for improvment, Rider Express!
It was a nice small bus. A little chilly but it was a -40 day so that’s not unusual. One thing of note - they should have mentioned that The pick up location was across the street at the Tim Hortons. The address on the ticket was for the old bus station which is closed and if I hadn’t called, I wouldn’t have known where to catch the bus.
Was only 15 minutes early and I was waiting outside for the bus for 30 minutes on a cold day but everything else was perfect. There was a reason he was only 15 minutes early. He was getting the vehicle washed and in tip top shape!
The 2nd bus driver who came on at Davidson was extra friendly and very efficient. The bus was clean and the whole set up was organized well. A very pleasant experience as I haven’t taken a bus in quite a few years.
