A very nice and clean bus with Internet and choices of movies most in Spanish. Nice stop for lunch and facility use. A good choice for public transportation. I recommend it to all that need to make the trip.
The bus trip was a first class experience! The views of Spain were amazing! The food was local to the region, fresh and delicious and service staff took care of all needs immediately with gracious attitudes!
When I arrive to the station, staff at the station wasn't very helpful . Even I speak Spanish they couldn't tell me exactly from which number of the station bus is going, they totally ignoring me. Bus driver told me is not my bus because he couldn't find my sit instead looking for my surname My sit number was changed. In the end I told him is my bus and finally he find me. My bus was matched with flight and even the time on the ticket was 14:30 driver said from beginning arriving time will be 15:00 so I had to run. So over price and not really profecional service.
The bus driver had my name on his roster as he had all of the names of the people boarding and I shiedhinmy passport mainly so that he could read the spelling of my name. However when I went to the ticket counter and showed them my reference number, they had no idea what I was talking about. So I had a few minutes of anxiety and it wasn’t easy dragging my suitcases up to the ticket office. But I saw where the bus was leaving from and then it worked not because I gave him any reference number but because he had my name on a list with my seat number etc
THE electronic boarding pass was something THE staff was not very familiar with and iT took them a long time to align iT with their papers/ checklist. THE e boarding pass did not mention THE Seat number. I dont speak spanish and THE chauffeur not english but at THE end we sorted iT. Apart from that very good Tour, very convenient. Absolute something to advice to family and friends!
the bus stop was Carton hotel but it was very unclear where actually the bus is stopping. in fact, we had to walk around in the rain to make sure we are not missing the bus. if there is a sighn for the ALSAbus stop, it would have been even better.
