Very disappointed they took off without me and left me in Springfield with my belongings on the bus and now I've been stuck here for hours and I don't know where my belongings are
Staff was very nice and the bus was clean and comfortable. The bus stops are a little hard to find but other than that, would recommend to anyone needing to come to upstate NY from boston
Our bus was late but the driver was most friendly and cheerful and made sure we made up for the late departure. However, the ground personnel at the station could have provided a bit more information about the delay.
Everything was wrong when I showed up. The woman wouldn't give me a ticket. She wouldn't accept my military I.D. as a substantial form of identification.
It was amazing! The driver was personable, professional and safety conscious. We got to stop for a break and even arrived to our destination early. The bus was fantastic: comfortable seating and temperature and even putlets!
Driver was professional, kind and calm as we all worried that the torrential rain would keep us from our destination on time. He was wonderful and I can't recommend him enough!
Well- the bus driver left for 40 minutes without saying why and then people had to body slam themselves into the bumper to get the bumper back on. We then were stranded in Springfield and had no way to get to Albany.
Bus was 45 min. late with no information provided by staff; Bus arrived and left with no passengers on board and bus changed gate with no notification. Absolutely awful.
Could not print ticket at kiosk. Ridiculous that greyhound still requires paper tickets in this day and age. No information at bus terminal on arrival and departures, and no staff on site to answer questions. Overall lack of communication and organization.
The bus was 1.5 hr later. None provided any information about the situation. The bus was dirty, no seatbelt, the air vents at the top of the chairs weren't working, the seats push bottom to change the position was broken, the driver was talking on the phone, the bus was too hot, the driver got upset when asked lo lower the heat, when the driver was talking nothing clear was coming out of the speakers... I will never recommend this bus line ever.
