The bus arrived 45 minutes late and so I arrived home 45 minutes later than expected

The aircon is too much,plus when it's off its too hot I think opened small windows will help and your seats tue need to be adjustable some we can't adjust to sit comfortable

I was in the Bus skynet at the back sit very with limited space for legs. It was a very painful experience for the long distance.

The driver was excellent in all avenues, comfortable seating. I had an all round great experience.

The bus was dirty, old and the toilet was very smelling. The bus was 2hrs late we had to many pick up points.

Horrible. The busses that arrived to pick us up were so uncomfortable. Those busses are not ment for long distance travel🚮. Horrible service, would not recommend to anyone

We got to our destination safe and sound. But had an issue in regards to the air conditioner not working, and the window seal was making a lot of noise when the bus was in motion. The driver was very friendly

The journey was pretty good and the driver was driving absolutely perfect we didn't have any problems along the way.we arrived in Pietermaritzburg on time

The bus was clean and looked promising, however it broke down twice. I was supposed to leave Park station at 7:45 pm and arrive in PMB at 4 am but due to the busses constant breaking down and we had to wait for hours we ended up only arriving at 6:30.

The greyhound is a quality bus because it has a toilet air conditioner it has the good service I really enjoyed to use a Greyhound bus

It was nice to use big sky as public transport especially for long distance,, it was convinient for me

I booked Bigsky intercity but I ended travelling with very old intercape with brocken chairs I sat up straight from JHB to PMB,because if I lie down the chair is hitting the knees of the person behind. Number plate of that bus is 067.

The driver was so fast, we even got to our destination before time. Which left us in the cold because we told our relative to pick us up at a certain time, which we knew we will arrive at.. Other then that, the sits were comfortable that's all.

I feel like I was scammed. Boarded outside Park Station and felt very unsafe. Bus was scheduled for 9pm,we left after 22h30. The "staff" or helpers were all visibly drunk. The "luxury" bus was actually not even close to that. An uncomfortable bus with upright seats for a long distance trip. Then halfway the driver's bank card declined when time came to pay for fuel, another delay!

Bus was late no communicatio

Their staff should learn to communicate properly with clients their bus drivers are rude

Arrived 40min late, they overbooked the bus. When it stopped at Harrismith bus was at capacity already and still took on passengers.3 too many. We arrived in Pietermaritzburg 2 hours after scheduled time. Driver and staff no care attitude no communication

It was my first and last time using Vilamora, I arrived in braamfontein at their offices 30 minutes ahead of what was supposed to be time of departure, 8:30 am, the bus only arrived at 9:30 am, no apology/update from the team on site or the drivers, after all that we were surprised to see that we are now going east to collect people at Lakeside mall, still no communication. I am fed up.
