Amazing bus operator. Very pleasant, accommodating and customer oriented. Customer service was dedicated prompt and courteous as I called to know the status because bus was running a bit late. :)

Bus was ready on time at each and every stop. Driver was efficient in getting everyone scanned in and on the bus. I did find the temperature of the bus to be a little warm and the fans weren't on to adjust air flow. Not a big deal just had to remove my sweater.

The driver didn't help with bags and was unnattentive and had attitude toward his passengers. When I arrived at my destination the bus driver wasn't near his bus and had two passengers who either missed getting back on the bus or didn't get their bags. I had to get his attention to get my bag and climb over other passengers bags to get it. He was young and didn't do a head count either - when we arrived to my destination he also left the bus running at the intersection during a green light to look at something that was unclear acted like the light didn't apply to him.

Bus was late by almost 2.5 hours, had to book a different bus entirely to get to my destination.

It was very difficult for me to locate my bus. While i was looking for the spot, tbe bus lefted. So i had to take another car to come to Red deer

Bus was on time departing and arriving, it was nice and easy to get checked in and on the bus, seats were comfortable and could lean back which was nice, wifi was very quick the entire trip, driver was friendly and informative on the announcements, chargers at every seat

Our journey from Edmonton to Redeer was quick disatisfying. It took over 2hours for us to get another bust to convey us from ponoka axis where the vehicle broke down to our destination. I think ur company should be more pro-active next time

It was very good. The bus driver and the attendant were very nice! The bus was clean and comfortable.

Terrible. Missed the bus because of a local marathon. No options to hold the coach. Ticket isn't refundable. Funds can't be used on a future commute.

There was a free single seat right at the front that was right across from me that was free I would of much rather been told I could seat there instead of beside someone whose I don't know . I would of completely understood if the bus was full but it was not .

What I really didn't like was the fact that our driver literally drove the bus down the middle of Hwy 2. He would pull to the right to let vehicles pass but then went back to the middle. I have never seen ANYONE drive like that! Also the seats are small and no leg room

On time (almost - Edmonton traffic problem, not the bus) Efficient loading, courteous driver. Mostly quiet U of A student passengers, studying and drifting off. I was about 50 years older than the average, but a very pleasant group. Comfortable seat. Plenty of luggage room. I didn't need WiFi, but it seemed to work well for those who did.

It was a bit unclear as to where the bus would be for pickup. The bus was thirty minutes late. Sanjay, however was a great help to me on the phone. He did an awesome job.

Nothing was enjoyable, rude driver, disgusting smell in the mini bus, no seat numbers

Courteous service, clean bus, reasonable price. My only concern is I could swear when I booked it the sad said we would be dropped at the Quality Inn, and in reality we were dropped at the Flying J, which wasn't nearly as convenient for transit for me.

Bus driver was very considerate of my handicap! The bus itself is maybe older than some of the others.
