The bus arrival was a little late due to an accident close to the pickup place, but everyone involved was okay thank god. The cup holders were a little dirty so I did bring my own cleaning wipes and wiped down my space. though the bus could have used a better cleaning the staff was excellent. The dude driving the bus for me and my brother was very nice and patient when I was rummaging through my bag for our tickets, he was nice when we talked whenever we did a pit stop break. The bus was 20 minutes late but I think this was our occupant's reasoning there were some younger children abroad. The trip was all smooth sailing. Overall I liked the bus trip, it was calming, and I especially like the bus driver and the people I talked with along the way.
Horrible. For 6 hours my children were subjected to a drunk woman on the bus using inappropriate language and she was absolutely unpredictable. My children were absolutely traumatized by this woman and her behavior on the bus.
The new bus driver was great ! She was getting graded by the older woman driver , which I had many times . She was way better than the experienced one . The older one complains all the time can hardly walk and needs a smoke at every town . She was a much better driver the new one I think her name was Lori
The young Vietnamese man who drove the second part was perfect as usual and made up the list time
The driver was excellent, informative, very friendly, helpful and great driver. The bus, however, would shake at 100km or higher (felt like an unbalanced tire or tires) at lower speeds was fine. Would ride again definitely.
After we left Kitscoty and the bus driver switch we stopped in Lloydminster for 50 minutes as they could not find someone suitcase at they were not sorted properly in Edmonton. The driver and assistant had to unload all the luggage off the bus. Once they finally found that lady luggage the driver proceeded in taking photo of the luggage beside bus. After that he went beside the lobby lighted up a cigarette and made a call . Finally 50 minutes later we leave. About 15 minutes after we left driver stops on side of road for about 15 minutes which seemed for no apparent reason. We finally leave again. He drives again for another 10 minutes then stops again on side of highway for another 10 minutes maybe longer. Driver did not keep us informed at all. He never told us how long we would be stopped for in North Battleford for and what time we would get in Saskatoon.
The first driver from Edmonton was great I would rate him 10 out 10. He kept us informed of the next stop and how long we would be stopped for.
Once we got to Saskatoon it was -43oC and drivers and assistant had to rummage again to find suitcase. It was awful to stand outside waiting.
Patience is key. The bus driver was accommodating. Bathroom breaks lasted longer than 5 minutes and he waited for us all. Even when someone had lost their phone, he waited for her to find it. It was not his fault that the bus departed Edmonton late and arrived Saskatoon late. It was the circumstances surrounding the trip
The trip here was fine but the old lady and her assistant on the way home weren’t wearing masks and complaining about one of the other drivers accents. They also did not enforce others to wear masks ans I do not feel safe taking this bus again
The driver had the option to leave me as I was late but he waited an extra few minutes and I am very thankful that he was kind hearted and thoughtful throughout my situation. The driver deserves a lot of respect for being such a kind man. If it was my choice I would give this driver a raise on his cheque.
