Very clean! Very nice stuff! I really liked that they we’re checking numbers on your bags to make sure no one else would take it, felt safe. Bus itself comfortable. I had sleeping place and got water and snack. Perfeito!
Higiene was ok. Personal very polite. But when I bought the ticket y said it has no stops. And the Expresso stopped more than 4 times.
And we where going to arrive today at 8 am . We will arrive 2 pm . Too late
Smooth overnight trip. Comfortable seats. Would have liked the option to upgrade seats when booking.
Bus driver instructions were in Portuguese so we didn’t have any information on how long the stops were for.
The bus was slightly delayed, but that was to be expected and not a big deal. I just didn't know the A/C was going to be blasting the whole time. I was freezing most of the night until I grabbed a coat from my bag, but unfortunately I had missed about 4 hours of potential sleep. Other than that everything was superb.
We had the seats directly in front of the toilet, people kept pulling up my chair to hold on all night whilst I was trying to sleep, which resulted in my seat springing back up, it also absolutley stank and the toilets had obviously not been cleaned for a number of journeys.
Was emailed saying needed to print tickets so had to run around to find somewhere to print tickets. Get to bus terminal and they didn't want to look at the tickets just passports. Then after arriving at the the destination over 2 hours late went to collect my bag only to find it covered in spew. On the plus side was a nice bus.
The general bus seemed okay and relatively comfortable. The issue seemed to be with the issuing of seats with several children around the age of 5 having to share with their parents. After a while these children would no longer sit on their parents lap so would run down the aisle often bumping into people in aisle seats. This lead me to not sleep at all on the 15 hour overnight journey. Whilst I appreciate that the bus cannot control its customers I feel it would be prudent for a policy to be introduced whereby all customers over a certain age are required to have their own seat and must sit in that seat at all times except to use the restroom.
I was sat next to a gentleman who was clearly very intoxicated and smelled very strongly of urine. It was so strong that I couldn't sleep for 15 hours. There were many children on the bus who it seemed were deemed not to require a seat. They were definitely too big to sit on their parents lap, this meant that they were rarely sat on their parents lap and disturbed every passenger by constantly running up and down the bus. When they occasionally did sit on their mother's lap they would spill over on to the next passengers seat. The bus was also an hour and 40 minutes late to arrive. Overall, a terrible experience.
The bus was cramped and uncomfortable. Not a suitable bus for the length of the journey. The stops were countless which made the journey disrupted and the service station food was horrible!
Departure from Florianopolis was 45 min late, due to wrong bus at terminal. Had to wait for correct bustype.
Finally arrived at Foz de Iguazu 2,5 hours late. Not acceptable.
Throughout the night there was intermittent beeping noise in the top deck making it impossible to sleep (even with decent ear plugs). What is this noise for? Is it someone calling for staff assistance by pressing a button?
