The evening of our travel was very cold and unfortunately the heating was not working on the coach. It was blowing cold air. On the half way point when most of the passengers started complaining, National Coach driver decided to rectify the problem. It took a little while to fix whatever the problem was. From then on the journey was more comfortable.
The bus from Gatwick to Victoria appeared to be very racist and lack customer service. I was confused not understanding what to do at victoria because I thought the bus will be picking up passengers so I stayed on the bus. The bus driver insulted me and ran me off the bus and I was trying to ask him what I'm supposed to do he shouted at saying "THE BUS STOP HERE GO FIND OUT WHAT ELSE TO DO." I'm in a place and dont know what to do he could have at least help me and not Snab at me. If appear racist to me because I'm black and I'm going to report it.
The most worst bus service . On 11 aug 2018 my ticket was at 1:30 pm and I changed my ticket to 11 am to reach around 3 hours early as my plane landed early. I paid extra 17 gbp But the driver parked the bus for 3 hours on the way followed by an ambulance for a normally sick passenger . If she needed 3 hours for her treatment then she should have been sent to hospital rathe than harassing 50 other passengers on the way. If I had to reach that late then why I paid 17 gbp to you guys. Refund my money
