The driver broke my suitcase and wouldn’t even give me eye contact, just mumbled ‘sorry’ under his breath. I’ve had to go my whole journey - with one connection + long haul… all with a broken suitcase.
I wasn't able to change my ticket online which was very stressful when I was told my fight was delayed but the staff let me change the ticket in person no questions asked which was nice
No Platform number or instructions on the ticket as to where to catch the bus except Upper Forecourt. And Megabus name was confusing as only when suggested Oxford Bus company did the staff twig and directed that needed to go to the far end of the forecourt.
Bus didn't actually make it Terminal 3 - not the drivers fault, however, he did not inform us in anyway as to what was going on, he seemed not to be kept informed by his colleagues on the ground, in the end the passengers demanded he take another course of action to get us out of our situation which reluctantly he did. I missed my flight ...
It left on time with no passengers. I had to go into the terminal and get a ticket for 12.55 National Express and just made my flight to Jersey, covered in sweat.
bus was on time , but arrived late at heathrow due to m25 traffic , cant be helped!
litter on the back of the bus were i was sitting , could of been cleaned .
but good service , and good value for money
The bus did not turn up an absaloute disgrace! I missed my flight from London Heathrow because of your non existent bus service that I have yet to be refunded for. I forwarded a complaint by email
The bus stop was a little difficult to find but the driver was very helpful and polite. He was extremely caring when a disabled pax missed his bus and the driver took care of the problem and sorted out a new route for him to get home! He was an absolute credit to your company!
Online prices are higher than buying the ticket on board. Those busses are unlikely full, so no point of booking online beforehand. I paid an extra £4.50 paying online.
Bus us were supposed to send me a confirmation email but it never came. I was then asked for the confirmation email by the bus driver and had to tell him that that it wasn’t sent. Luckily I had saved a print screen of the original page when I made the booking which I showed the driver
It’s years since I traveled by coach and I was very impressed with the coach and the professionalism of the driver and H&M rules. I especially liked the fact that customers were asked to respect others and use headphones if listening to music etc
I would recommend National Express to my friends and relatives because I am beyond satisfied with their quality service and especially that it was my first time having to change between airports. Lovely and helpful staff
Tire blew and after being misguided about how long it would take for another bus to come, I ended up taking a £56 uber and still didn't make my flight.
Very unhappy
