Lovely clean coach, smiley drivers and a smooth ride. I use national express alot, and our drivers yesterday were fabulous. I was on the 10.15pm from gatwick to bristol .
Bus broke down before i even got on it. Delayed my travel by 2 hours
Not atall impressed with National Express, payed for a one way ticket for x2 people from London Gatwick to arrive at Bristol bus station & due to circumstances being totally out of my hand the flight coming into Gatwick was running late and had delays, because of this it caused me to run 5 mins late and by the time I found the bus stop the coach had already left! I would like to make a formal complaint and its caused me to loose out on money because of the second expensive ticket I had to buy.
Polite & courteous driver, clean, comfortable bus, nothing to dislike.
Friendly staff and on time, although the wifi was horrible
I was supposed to get the bus national express at 23:45 pm from Gatwick to Bristol the bus did not turn up went to the ticket office had pay outher ticket according to the national express supervisorfor for 7:40 am to Bristol. I will do a complaint and escalate the situation. At the end noted that some of the passagers were using the previous ticket when I was told that I had to by another one.
it was late on two occasions, by 45minutes, this almost resulted in me missing my a-joining, national express bus...the first driver was overly slow and the second almost burst a tire. Not impressed
This 7.15 journey to Bristol from Gatwick started very cold and it was only when we reached Heathrow that the driver was able to make some kind of adjustment that the temperature improved so for the first hour I was really uncomfortable. Otherwise the journey was good.
