The driver was lovely and got me to Oxford safely and on time.
Very comfortable coach. Clean, spacious and obliging driver.
Very good service
The traffic was terrible. Not drivers fault.
Very pleasant ride
I was disappointed when my bus scheduled to leave LGW at 3:15 didn’t leave until 3:50. The staff weren’t very helpful and I was worried it wouldn’t show at all. I think the staff need to have better knowledge on bus times and when busses are scheduled to arrive, so they can therefore reassure and advise customers efficiently.
slept through most of the journey
Our bus driver was lovely however the toilets were out of service and we weren’t informed until after we’d boarded and were on our way
There was an accident on the motorway which is why the driver was late.
Comfortable and punctual
I’m satisfied buses where vey punctual and the information very precise
