The coach journey was abolutely fine - the difficulty came on the way back as my flight was delayed and despite being told i could change the booking there was no way to do so, so I had to booke another journey back and pay again.
the bus broke down and was told the next bus would be available within 20 minutes. ended up taking an uber one hour later.
I received a confusing email about change to point of departure a few hours beforehand. It also stated the ride would be moved 15 minutes forward, leaving me less time to find this new location. Finally finding the location, bus is 30 minutes late, tyre blew (not anyone's fault) - waiting 50 minutes for replacement bus without much clear information - eventually arriving at final destination 1h and 20 minutes late at 2.10 in the night. These things happen, the email - not so much.

I couldn't transfer my ticket to the force of april because it would not accept reservation number I was entering!!
there was a one hour delay without any appology or even any compensation. This is shamefull.
The bus arrived one hour late, passenger are irritated too much due to this late arrival..
