Trip from London to Leicester was one of the worst I gave ever had due to freezing Temperatures in the Bus. Air conditioning was set at such low. It was not only me but other passengers also when up to the bus driver to complaint about freezing temperatures of AC and if he could set it on a bit warmer but the driver refused to listen.
