I presented my ticket to the driver at Gatwick who confirmed that my destination was Nottingham University as on my ticket and the bus was clearly marked for Derby. Another driver took over at one point and he offloaded my luggage and said Broadmarsh was the last stop and that was it. I had to reschedule my pick up from Nottingham University to City centre, I live in Stapleford. I think it was rather unfair.
